I have over twenty years of experience in the fields of accounting/finance and human resource in both the non-profit and profit sectors. In the accounting arena I came up through the ranks so can assist at the bookkeeping level but also give advice from a financial statement and balance sheet prospective(s). On the HR side I can advise on compliance, hiring, employee related issues and help in marketing benefit plans. I have worked with start-ups as well as mid-market companies that gross $25MM a year. I have a BBA in Accounting and Human Resource Management and an MBA.
